After receiving the invoice we kindly ask you to pay it promptly. Due to the new European group structure, incoming payments usually need 7 business days to be visible in our system. Please note that therefore an express procedure with instant bank transfer and immediate pick-up within 1 – 3 business days is no longer possible due to organizational reasons.
Confirmation of Arrival
In the case of vehicle export you will receive a confirmation of arrival. Please sign and stamp the document and send it back to us via e-mail.
After your payment instruction you (or your logistics company) can book the pick-up appointment by using our central booking tool here. Your appointment will be confirmed after we have received your payment and only if the scheduled time and date are available. The pick-up date must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance! Unfortunately, booking appointments by telephone is not possible.
Due to the daily volume of vehicles, this process helps everyone involved to guarantee a smooth process.
After receipt of payment you (or your logistics company) will receive a pick-up authorization attached to the confirmation of your scheduled appointment. This authorization must be presented at the vehicle pick-up. If you can’t come yourself, please be sure to pass the authorization on to your logistics company. Please set the final appointment with your logistics company only after you have receivedthe authorization! The pick-up is not possible without an authorization!
You will receive all items of the vehicles mentioned in the condition report (e.g. vehicle folders) at the pick-up. Questions about vehicle items at: firstname.lastname@example.org
