CONFIRMATION OF ARRIVAL
In the case of vehicle export you will receive a confirmation of arrival. Please sign and stamp the document and send it back to us via e-mail.
After your payment has been done, you (or your shipping agency) can register the vehicle pick-up. The available pick-up date will be confirmed AFTER receipt of payment. The appointment for the pick-up must be arranged at least 72 hours in advance! Appointments by telephone are not possible.

To confirm your appointment you (or your shipping agency) will receive a pick-up authorization, which MUST be presented at the vehicle pick-up. Shouldn't you pick up the vehicles by yourself, please pass the pick-up authorization on to your shipping company. Please only fix your final appointment with your shipping agency after receiving the pick-up authorization! No vehicle pick-up without pick-up authorization!
